Clean burning:
Soy wax burns cleaner than paraffin wax. Soy wax candles do not give off the black soot often seen when burning paraffin candles. Soot is the grayish-black smoke that comes from traditional candles when ignited. Soy candles are all natural and do not contain any toxins, so no soot will come of them. This means a clean and healthy burning candle. Promoting American Farmers: Soybeans are grown right here in the USA and they are processed into soy wax in the USA as well.

Absolutely!  If you would like a hand-typed gift note or if it's going directly to the giftee, just make a note at checkout and we will not include a sales receipt.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. In addition, you will receive notifications once your order is out for delivery and once your order has been delivered.

Because we hand pour our candles in small batches, keeping only limited quantities in stock orders will ship out within 5 - 7 business days of your order being placed, and usually take 1 - 3 days to arrive via USPS depending on your shipping location.

Unfortunately, we no longer offer wholesale.

Yes! Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will work together to get it resolved. However, in case of damage during shipment, please reach out to USPS and submit a claim. Rich Wick is not responsible for lost or stolen packages; and in this case, please contact USPS and submit a claim. We kindly ask that prior to contacting us, please supply us with the proper claim information.
